Out of office

I could tell you how erratic my temp curve has been this past 2 weeks, or describe the quality of my CM at present. But that's either boring or TMI, or both.

I will tell you I've been hoarding warm clothes for me and dh for the past weeks. Winter socks, long underwear, warm T-shirts, new gloves, windtight jacket, snowproof footwear.... No, I'm not going skiing, I'm going to the land of maple syrup*. Mmmmm, maple syrup. We leave next week.

First we're spending a week in Mont Royal (due to to horrible French accent developed over the last 200 years by the Québécois, that became ).

After that we're going even further, to what is according to some the sushi capital of the world. No, not Tokio, but !

That means I'll probably disappear for a while. I don't know if I will have internet access. Or whether dh will let me use it long enough to check in on you. We might be otherwise engaged, if you catch my drift.

* Canada.

Have a fabulous trip! When you get to Vancouver, eat plenty of yellowtail nigiri sushi for me. Who knows, maybe your friend was right about the whole fish and pregnancy thing!

What what what - why are you coming to Canada to visit us? I live about 5hrs from Montreal (outside Toronto). So cool - gotta tell us what you are doing here! Maple syrup is awesome but watch out for maple syrup candy, the sugar content is enough to kill you. Vancover is very warm, it's as warm as it gets in Vancover and Montreal isn't the coldest spot either so it won't be too bad.

Hey, Montreal is a great place to visit, though we're having a nasty cold snap right now (what a surprise for February!). Though, being Valantine's, I'm sure you'll find a few reasons to snuggle up ;) Hope you have a great time!

Good place to start in Montreal but then you head to the other coast!!! Vancouver is beautiful ... although the Maritimes are just as nice! Enjoy every minute of your trip.
