A non event

The evalution appointment was a non event. Literally. Due to a scheduling snafu, my boss didn't have time to see me. Typical.
All that anxiety for nothing!

Now I've been bumped to the back of the line, so it could take weeks before it's my turn again. Which actually suits me rather well.
Who knows, by then I may have a totally new outlook on life, great expections, wink wink nudge nudge.

The bad thing is that the secretary will only notify me a day in advance of my next eval. appointment. What?! Like I don't have enough appointments floating in the air. I will cancel the eval without a qualm if it interferes with the cycle. I have my priorities straight.

Isn't it the way? I hope you're able to not think/worry about it for awhile.

ugh, I hate when that happens. At least it works in your favour - and of course you'll cancel the eval if it conflicts with your cycle!

Duh. ;)

How frustrating that you are just supposed to drop everything for the next day when they call.

I hope that you enjoy your time while you are waiting to cycle again. Good luck!

What a pain, as if you need the extra stress right now! I hope he forgets to pencil you in and you just skip the whole thing, that would be the easiest.

Tell them to stick their evaluation where the sun don't shine!

So annoying! I'm with you...cycle-related appointments are FAR more important than some silly evaluation.

Yes! Right! I agree completely with Pamplemousse....those are the words I would have used ;-)

Hope the next evaluation comes up at a good time though, because they are kind of important and good to have, right?

Take care!

Dear Lut, I'm sorry I've been so remiss in visiting. It's good news that your evaluation session was canceled, though it would have been nice if you had been spared some of that worrying. Yes, let's hope your perspective next time is much, much better -- and then you'd also have a better idea of what to say about your situation!

Oh how frustrating. I hope the next time won't coincide with your cycle.
