6 > 4 > 2

We have 2 embryos! Out of 6 retrieved eggs, 4 were mature and 2 fertilized.
If all goes well, transfer will be on Thursday. Clinic policy is to
transfer only 1 the first time (in patients under 35).

The news still has to sink in, but let me say I'm very grateful we
made it past this hurdle. Today, I'm going to try and focus on that.
By tomorrow, I'm sure I'll be worrying about the steps to come.

My mind has been racing over the past days, now I'm a bit stunned.
Thanks for reaching out to me, it really means a lot, and will
continue to do so in the time to come.

And we have FERTILIZATION! YAY!!

Do you realize that you and hubby have created life together? This is a moment to behold. At least, I thought it was a pretty big deal the first time we had embryos. Such potential!

Wishing all the luck in the world for you, Lut!

2/4! That's within normal fert ranges! I'm so glad and relieved (but not so glad and relieved as you are) to know it can happen. Now, let's just hope it doesn't have to *all* happen *again* for a long time...

Fantastic! Phew!
Great this hurdle is passed.
May the embryos keep dividing beautifully over the new few days, so you have an uber-embryo to transfer on Thursday.

Congrats Lut! I'm very happy that you have two great embryos! Since it sounds like you can only transfer one at time, does that mean the other one gets automatically frozen?

All the best!

Whew! Sorry I have not been checking in more - I am on the road for work almost this entire month and when in the office I cannot check blogstop blogs (they are blocked)

I am so relieved you got fertilization this time. What a hurdle you have overcome!

Purely awesome! I hope Thursday is here soon with good news a "short" two weeks later.
